We are looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to sell complex digital solutions — development, design, SEO, and AI integrations.
Cold calls don’t scare you, you know how to build trust from the first message, and you know how to get the client to say “yes.”
What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (Digital/IT/SaaS/agencies)
- Upper-Intermediate+ English — main sales to Western markets
- Understanding of web development, UI/UX design, SEO, AI solution integration
- Ability to explain complex things in simple terms, ask the right questions, work with objections
- Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot), Google Sheets, basic analytics — a plus
What you will need to do:
- Present our services (development, design, SEO, AI integrations) and identify business needs
- Prepare commercial proposals, make calls and conduct negotiations
- Agree on terms, accompany the client until transfer to production
- Work with CRM, maintain the funnel, analyze the effectiveness of actions

Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire sales process, including planning, negotiating, drafting, and signing contracts;
- Analyzing customer requests and needs;
- Finding business solutions to meet customer desires on an individual basis, based on our capabilities;
- Managing customer relationships and supporting them after the end of cooperation, ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Maintaining a customer database;
- Finding new channels to attract customers;
- Monitoring key market trends and adapting sales strategies in line with changes, etc.
