Client

Our client, Premiere Marketing, Inc. is a dynamic American marketing and eCommerce company that is rich in diverse projects. Last time, we did a web design renovation for their online book store, Premier Book Group. Another web design renovation we did for Premiere Marketing, Inc. was for their Premiere Speakers Bureau project. Premiere Speakers Bureau is an agency that helps event planners find the perfect motivational, keynote, and business speakers for their events. As a proactive business, Premiere Marketing, Inc. strives to keep their main customer touchpoint, i. e., their website, modern and always updated.

That is why we at Solar Digital have been trusted with another custom web development project for our speakers and event clients. This is the second project we have developed for Premier Book Group.

Challenge

The Premiere Speakers Bureau project faced the same issue as Premier Book Group: while the client was trying to handle website renovation in-house, the web design they had developed was outdated and did not meet their new marketing strategy requirements.

For this project, our team had to:

• Create a new structure for the design
• Renovate the client’s website design
• Our team was limited in time and budgeting, meaning we should have created an optimized workflow to finish the project within the shortest deadline

Solution

The Premiere Speakers Bureau project was the first time we have been working with the event speakers market. Even though we had extensive previous experience in corporate, content, and business web designs, our team has conducted market research for better know-how.

The project was divided into 2 stages:

• Design creation
• Layout HTML development

We have updated the website’s design making it modern, clean, and user-friendly. After our client’s design review and approval, our team developed the front-end HTML for the website so that our client could integrate it with their CMS. We have created several animations, interfaces, and several content pages. Solar Digital team has conducted internal test proof to identify any issues and made sure that the new website was cross-platform friendly and adaptive.

There was no need for a big team for this project, as we involved an experienced project manager, art director, and designer.

Result

The new web design we developed for our client allowed their team to implement new marketing strategies and content, as they were limited with those solutions before. Premiere Speakers Bureau became more user-friendly and attracted more traffic.
