Numo Development is a modern Ukrainian real estate development company specializing in creating profitable properties. Its mission is to promote investment culture and ensure high returns for investors.
They offer stable income opportunities by combining innovative approaches, environmental responsibility, and high-quality project implementation. As a property developer, Numo Development focuses on both residential and commercial sectors, with particular interest in hospitality and urban investment projects.
For Numo Development, we created a real estate lead generation website that reflects the premium nature of the brand and highlights the company’s key advantages. This new platform also functions as a fully-featured real estate investment company website, with tools to attract partners and communicate the company’s unique value to potential stakeholders.
Problem
Before the launch of the new website, the client lacked a clear marketing communication strategy, which limited their ability to focus user attention on relevant services. As a result, they struggled to present their value as a real estate builder and strategic partner.
To solve this issue, we delivered a completely new real estate investment website design that clearly structures content and aligns with modern digital standards. The previous site didn’t effectively reflect their potential as a property investment website or support their expansion into new markets.
The existing design, brand style, and integrated marketing tools also required a refresh. This redesign became crucial for presenting business growth plans and innovative projects through a modern real estate website design tailored to investment-focused audiences.
Goal
The main goal of the project was to develop a high-quality real estate web development solution that would act as a powerful digital tool for attracting new investors and strategic partners. We positioned the new website not only as a communication channel but also as a scalable real estate lead generation platform supporting the company’s strategic growth.
With an updated user interface, simplified navigation, and integration with the client’s CRM system, we ensured a smooth user experience for daily business operations. The design also accommodates the needs of a growing real estate business website, with structured service offerings, dynamic content, and localization features for global reach.
Our key focus was to strengthen the company’s online presence by emphasizing their services and investment opportunities through a flexible digital platform.

The project included UX/UI design tailored to the brand identity, the creation of custom page layouts, and preparation for Webflow. We then implemented responsive coding, added dynamic components, and optimized site speed and performance — critical for any construction company website design.

Process
We started with mood boards and style explorations to set the visual direction. Once approved, we developed two concept options — one of which was immediately selected by the client.
We finalized the real estate agency website design with mockups for the homepage, responsive views, content blocks, and animation guidelines. Mockups were created and discussed in Figma with real-time feedback.
After design approval, development began in Webflow, including CRM integration for streamlined form submissions — a crucial feature for any modern housing developer website or investor website design.
The final result
The end result is a responsive, well-structured real estate development website that meets all of the client’s functional and business needs.
The launch of targeted ad campaigns helped increase visibility and engagement. Thanks to the Webflow CMS, the client can now manage and update the content independently — making the platform flexible and scalable.
The site now serves as a core digital asset and a highly effective real estate lead generation website, fully aligned with the goals of a modern real estate investment website and property developer brand.
