Development of a marketplace for ski lovers Roped Up
The idea of Roped Up is to share the expenses between ski tourists when ordering instructor services. The startup confesses the ideology of sharing economy — lean consumption of services and minimizing the costs through sharing.
The startup is located in London. French ski resorts are the first area where the work started. The project works according to the marketplace model: the instructors add their proposals for training, and the tourists team up to order the instruction.
The founders of the startup had contacted us a few months before the start of the season. The project had an interface hard to understand and MVP version functions that did not work. We quickly created and introduced a new understandable design and made changes to the backend of the project in the intensive mode for 2.5 months. Throughout the season, we were providing technical support for the project, quickly responding to the feedback of visitors and introducing new features.
