Redesign of the online store platform Tavria V

“Tavria V” is one of the retail leaders in southern Ukraine. For the company, it was critical to upgrade its existing platform, so we developed a modern UX/UI design for a grocery e‑commerce website. The main goal of the redesign was to increase conversion, create a fully responsive version, and seamlessly integrate a loyalty program. As a result, we delivered a comprehensive interface design for an online supermarket that enables customers to shop with maximum convenience and easily use their personal accounts.

At the start of the collaboration, we conducted in‑depth data analysis. After studying user behavior and identifying weak points in the existing platform, the team began designing the interface for a grocery e‑commerce website. Based on homepage priorities and client user scenarios, we carried out research and created prototypes of the key screens. This allowed us to lay the foundation for a modern UX/UI design for a grocery online store, ensuring intuitive logic and minimizing user drop-off at every stage of the ordering process.

The product categorization system was carefully designed, with quick access available through the main menu. While developing the UX/UI design for Tavria V, we paid attention to every detail: the illustrator created custom icons for all product categories. This approach allowed us to build a high-quality interface for a grocery e‑commerce website, where even the contact page is enhanced with an original illustration, emphasizing the brand’s unique style and making interaction with the platform more cohesive and natural.

Special attention was given to the personal account, where users can now manage the “Clever Bonus” loyalty card. While implementing this UX/UI design for a grocery delivery website in Ukraine, we aimed to simplify its advanced functionality as much as possible. Our interface development for Tavria V made it possible to combine order history and the bonus system into intuitive user flows, making interaction with the platform easy and transparent for every user.
