Redesign of the online store platform Tavria V
Tavria V is one of the South-Ukrainian leaders in the food and household goods sales segment. The company had already had a working online store. They had to redesign the online store to increase sales conversion and create an adaptive version of the site, as well as to integrate the loyalty program into the user's personal account.
At the very beginning of cooperation, the project team dived into studying of input data. We requested analytics of users' behaviour on the old website and revealed problems of usability and places of loss of visitors. Experts from the client’s team suggested some custom scripts. When the priorities for the main page were determined, we completed the screen prototypes.
The structure of product categories was developed in details. You can always access it by hovering on the “Product Catalog” heading. Graphic designer prepared a unique icon for each class of goods. The dry text of the contact information page transformed into a separate illustration — a city with the Tavria V store.
We worked a lot to improve personal account interfaces. In addition to the usual orders' history, the user’s account had got the new sections like card management as a part of the “Clever bonus” loyalty program from Tavria V. The store was significantly expanding its functionality and the sections fragmentation. That’s why our team paid attention to the simplicity of user scenarios while working with a personal account.
Now website design is being discussed by the company representatives.
meetings with the client
Solar Digital implemented new functionalities to the site, focusing on eliminating UX/UI issues from the previous build. They demoed their progress biweekly and put in the effort to communicate with key stakeholders. High-level technical prowess and a customer-driven outlook made for a good project. We received a lot of help in making decisions, which was useful and important for us at that time.
