Redesign of the online store platform Tavria V
Tavria V is one of the South Ukrainian leaders in the food and household goods sales segment. The company already has an online store. However, it had to be completely redesigned to increase sales conversion, redesign the site, create an adaptive version, and integrate the loyalty program into the user’s account.

At the beginning of the cooperation, the project team studied input data. We requested analytics of users' behavior on the old website and revealed usability problems and places of visitor loss. Experts from the client’s team suggested some custom scripts. When the priorities for the main page were determined, we completed the screen prototypes.

The structure of product categories was developed in detail. You can always access it by hovering over the “Product Catalog” heading. The graphic designer prepared a unique icon for each class of goods. The dry text of the contact information page was transformed into a separate illustration—a city with the Tavria V store.

We worked a lot to improve personal account interfaces. In addition to the usual orders' history, the user’s account had new sections like card management as a part of the “Clever bonus” loyalty program from Tavria V. The store was significantly expanding its functionality and the sections fragmentation. That’s why our team paid attention to the simplicity of user scenarios while working with a personal account.

Now, the company representatives are discussing website design.
