Cortex — AI Chatbot SaaS Platform
Cortex is an AI‑powered chatbot platform designed to streamline communication, automate workflows, and support content generation within a single SaaS environment. The product combines messaging, automation, and AI tools into a unified system for teams working with high volumes of interactions.
Instead of relying on multiple standalone solutions for communication and task automation, Cortex brings these processes together in one structured platform. This allows businesses to manage conversations, workflows, and data more efficiently while maintaining consistency across channels.
The project scope included UX strategy and the design of a scalable, multi-module SaaS interface built around AI‑driven interactions.

Challenge
Business communication is often fragmented across different tools such as messengers, CRMs, and automation platforms. This leads to scattered data, inconsistent workflows, and increased manual effort for teams.
At the same time, many chatbot solutions are limited in flexibility and do not support more complex workflows or deeper integration with business processes. As a result, they are often used as isolated tools rather than a fully integrated part of the system.
The main challenge was to design a platform that would:
- centralize communication and automation within a single system;
- support scalable workflows for growing teams;
- integrate AI functionality without complicating the user experience;
- provide a clear structure for managing conversations and tasks;
- maintain a professional and reliable feel expected from a SaaS product.

Solution
We approached Cortex as a unified product system focused on connecting communication, automation, and AI within one environment. The goal was to create a seamless workflow where users can manage conversations, generate content, and automate repetitive tasks without switching between tools.
The platform integrates messaging, AI responses, and workflow automation into a single interface. AI acts as a supporting layer, helping users process input, generate replies, and assist in decision-making while keeping full control in the hands of the user.

Product Interface & Design Approach
The interface is structured around conversation flows and task management, allowing users to easily switch between chats, automation tools, and system settings. This supports a natural workflow and reduces friction in everyday use.
The design emphasizes clarity and responsiveness. Clean layouts, soft gradients, and well-defined UI elements create a modern SaaS experience while keeping the interface intuitive and easy to navigate.
Visual hierarchy is carefully balanced to highlight key actions and AI‑driven insights without overwhelming the user.
