Online magazine Mayak re-Branding
Mayak (Beacon in English) is an all-Ukrainian online magazine about culture and society. It grew from a regional edition of Odesa. The editorial office researches how the city environment affects a person and forms human consciousness and how humans form the city environment. Readers love Mayak for its sharp social topics: human rights, ecology, culture and science, and sexuality.
This year, Mayak celebrates its 6th anniversary, and it’s time for a full reload: to scale the geography and to update the design. In the beginning, the SOLAR Digital team started working on re-designing the website, but no one planned to change the logo. But things were getting more exciting, so it was hard to stop. As a result, we decided to update the whole design and completely rebrand. Now, Mayak has become brighter, more emotional, and more dynamic. Just take a look below. Meantime, we will be doing our work on the website.
