OMG Space — IT & GameDev Employer Brand
OMG Space is a Cyprus-based IT company that develops mobile games and advanced technical solutions, including KYC systems. As a growing game studio, the company prioritizes creativity, innovation, and a strong team culture. This was our first joint project — and the task was both exciting and strategic.
The client aimed to create a powerful HR brand that resonates not only with external audiences but also deeply connects with current employees. Since OMG Space wanted to attract top GameDev professionals globally, they needed a memorable brand identity and strong employer branding presence — something more than just a logo.
Challenge
The company needed a brand that would:
- look stylish, tech-savvy, and creative;
- reflect the team’s inner values, vision, and mission;
- function as a tool for cultural alignment and visual consistency;
- build emotional connection and pride among employees;
- translate into team merch that people genuinely want to wear.
Importantly, it had to work as an employer branding website — not just a static promo tool, but a living, evolving identity hub for candidates and new hires. From digital branding and storytelling to game studio identity, this was a 360° project.
Solution
We focused on creating a custom brand design that reflected the company’s spirit — bold, tech-driven, and creative. The visual identity design included both expressive and functional components, ensuring consistency across the website, social media, advertising, and documentation.
The new brand had to support not only internal goals but also future expansion — from attracting talent to working with investors. We approached this task as a full-scale logo and branding service, combining creative brand design with a practical understanding of the business. It was also an opportunity to refresh the brand and reflect the company’s evolution.
Process
Naming
We proposed around 20 name options. Interestingly, the final choice — “OMG Space” — was coined by the client, based on our suggestions. It sounds like a spontaneous reaction to something brilliant: “OMG! Space!” Perfectly suited to a gaming company branding identity.
Design
We crafted a complete brand identity system: logo, color palette, typography, motion assets, and custom patterns. All of it was captured in a brand book to guide future applications — from onboarding materials to recruitment banners.
Merch
We produced multiple team merch variations: 7 T-shirt designs, 4 hoodies, 3 caps, and sweatshirts. The designs were playful and functional — something employees would be proud to wear at events, in the office, or online.
Web presence
We also helped shape the foundation of a dedicated employer branding website — a space for careers, values, and team stories. This digital hub is part of the company’s strategy to attract creative, tech-driven talent worldwide. For growing companies in IT culture branding, this kind of platform is a key element.

From the logo to the merch, the project was a success across all touchpoints. This is a case of creative branding meeting purpose — delivering an identity system that truly works for the team, the business, and future talent.
