OMG! Space — Recruitment Website for a Game Studio
OMG Space is a Cyprus-based IT company specializing in mobile games and complex software systems, including KYC platform solutions. The company’s core value lies in its intellectual capital — expertise, creativity, and tech vision.
Following the branding stage, we were tasked with corporate website development that would reflect the company’s bold spirit while supporting recruitment efforts. The website had to function as an employer branding website, position OMG Space as a modern tech employer, and act as a talent attraction platform for international GameDev professionals.
Challenge
The project requirements combined marketing, HR, and product thinking. The goal was to:
- Create a visually strong and user-centric website design with emotional storytelling;
- Align the structure with employer branding principles and the overall visual identity;
- Present team culture, company values, and open positions clearly;
- Attract relocation-minded tech professionals to Cyprus;
- Build a modular and flexible WordPress corporate website for further growth.
This required a holistic approach, merging recruitment website design with custom software development and content strategy.
What we did:
- Delivered the site as a full digital representation of the brand — structure, style, and visual patterns aligned with the brand book
- Designed the UI with soft animations, micro-interactions, and stardust effects to engage users
- Drew inspiration from the minimalist sites of major tech companies, creating not just a showcase but a digital HR platform
- Made the careers page the central element — functional, emotional, with a large photo gallery showcasing life in Cyprus
- Built the site on WordPress with ACF Gutenberg Blocks, allowing the platform to scale easily
- Conducted manual and automated testing, implemented baseline SEO optimization, and built a responsive layout with performance in mind across devices
Process
We worked as a full-cycle digital partner, covering:
- Project Management — scope planning, documentation, communication;
- Design — UX/UI, animation prototypes, adaptive layouts;
- Development — frontend production, website design and development, testing, and launch.
The website was built on WordPress development services using ACF Gutenberg Blocks, enabling flexible structure and easy scalability. We implemented a desktop-first approach with full mobile adaptation. Despite the rich visual layer, the site was optimized for speed and stability. All visual assets were custom-designed. Manual and automated testing was conducted, along with basic SEO optimization and clean technical implementation.
